We stand behind the quality of our items and are here to assist you in every way possible to ensure your satisfaction.  If you believe your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You can do so by emailing isabelle@isabellemorrisjewelry.com, also listed on our Contact page.  This policy covers defects in materials or workmanship that are a direct result of the manufacturing process.  Any defect reported after the 30-day period will not be covered under this policy.  This policy does not cover issues resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Please consult our Care Instructions listed on every product page for information on properly caring for your jewelry.
